The effect of the food supplement has been confirmed by a biomedical study – The impact of Glofix 'Skin Boost' on women's facial skin: 

  • Increase in skin firmness/toughness – 5,8%
  • Decrease in TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss) – 16,97%
  • Increase in skin moisture level7,5%
  • Reduction in facial erythema (erythema)7,5%

Subjective results of the subjects' sensory evaluation:

  • Skin softness increased by – 39.3%
  • Wrinkle depth decreased by – 39.3%
  • Reduced skin sensitivity – 25%
  • Increased hair shine – 57.2%
  • Hair dryness reduced by – 46.4%
  • Increase in hair fluffiness – 42.8%
  • Increase in hair growth and volume – 64.2%
  • Nail strength improved by – 25%
  • Nail flaking reduced by – 14.3%
  • Energy increase – 25%
  • Improvement in psychological well-being – 17.8% 

Study type: randomised, single-blind, placebo-controlled trial. The study was approved by the Kaunas Regional Biomedical Research Ethics Committee for biomedical research No BE-2-73. The study included 57 healthy women aged 35 to 50, with no significant abnormalities in their blood parameters. Study period: 2024-09-03 - 2025-01-20. The study was conducted by the Department of Cosmetology, Faculty of Medicine, Kaunas College.
